**To book any session I do require a $100 non refundable retainer fee
**Prices are subject to change at anytime
**Rush delivery time for editing/gallery turn around to 3 days for $100 fee
** Sessions allow up to 5 people - additional people $25 per person

All deposits are non refundable and are NOT transferable.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your scheduled booking.
No refund will be given under any circumstances if you fail to attend the activity on the day and at the time listed, when the booking was made.
Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; Sarah Reynolds Photography has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY.
If an illness or situation prevents a photo session from taking place, client may reschedule at least 24 hours prior to their shoot without penalty.
Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond control.
